Female Hottie: Dita von Teese

In case you're not familiar with this weeks female hottie, may I introduce you the modern pin up girl, Dita von Teese. She's not an actress, but rather a model, occasionally delving into fetish modeling. She's known for her burlesque style of pictures and recently started her own fragrance.

Male Hottie: Robert Downey, Jr.

This week's male hottie is currently best known as Iron Man in that successful film franchise, but before donning the armor, Downey was in and out of rehab, and before that he was one of the "brat pack". Downey has had quite the career appearing in such works as Chaplin, Ally McBeal, Tropic Thunder, Sherlock Holmes, Due Date, Weird Science, Heart and Souls, Charlie Bartlett, The Soloist, Family Guy, and that's just a start to his resume. He is currently filming Sherlock Holmes 2, then will go on to reprise his role as Tony Stark/Iron Man in The Avengers and Iron Man 3.

Megan Fox is known for her hotness and outspoken mouth. She appears in this spot after playing a prostitute in Jonah Hex. Her other roles include Mean Girls, Jennifer's Body, Two and a Half Men, Hope & Faith, Confessions of a teenage Drama Queen, How to Lose Friends and Alienate People, and of course, the role she is bet know for in both Transformers and Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen. For me, she'd be much hotter if not for the tattos and saying stupid stuff.

MILF: Julianne Moore

I love redheads...especially those that just turned 50 on Thursday! Uber MILF Julianne Moore has had roles in films like Boogie Nights, Evolution, Hannibal, The Kids are All Right and Jurassic Park: The Lost World just to name a few. I last saw her sharing an extremely hot love scene with Amanda Seyfried in Chloe. A very talented actress, her beauty is quite understated, as is the fact that she has 2 children. I, for one, didn't have any idea. Oh, and she just turned 50 this week!

Classic/Retro Hottie: Lucille Ball

Lucille Ball is one of, if not THE top redhead in my book (Christina Hendricks, Emma Stone, and Julianne Moore aren't far behind her). She is a classic beauty and comedienne from a bygone era. Most people know her as the lovable Lucy from I Love Lucy, but she also appeared in other film and television roles in works such as Mame, The Lucy Show, Too Many Girls, DuBarry Was a Lady, Forever Darling, just to name a few. Although she passed away from lung cancer (I think) in 1989, her legacy and timeless beauty are not forgotten.

We all know her from Transformers, but she also starred opposite Lindsey Lohan in Mean Girls. Even back then she was a hottie, and who can forget that stomach! --drools--

Male Hottie: Ryan Reynolds


Hope the ladies enjoy this one. I know him from Blade:Trinity, Two Guys, A Girl, and Pizza Place, and the upcoming Wolverine movie.

MILF: Christina Aguilera


Hands down one of the most beautiful and talented women in the business. She can sing rings around those manufactured singers out there nowadays, and as you can see, she's not an eye sore. She's a true MILF!!!

Random Hottie from a movie or TV show seen this week: Zooey Deschanel


I would wager that you're not too familiar with Zooey. Her sister plays Dr. Tempereance Brenan on Bones, though. She is most known for smaller roles, but has had a few big roles such as Tin Man, Elf, Bridge to Terrabithia, and Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy. I think she hasa retro classic look, which makes her a hottie in my book!

Classic/retro hottie: Michelle Thomas


If you don't know who she is, then think about Family Matters. She played Urkel's girlfriend, Myra. She was also on Cosby show for a while as Theo's girlfriend. Sadly, in 98 she dies of cancer. Such a shame. She was a talented hottie. Wonder what would have come of her career? Isn't she beautiful?

Hollywood seems to be getting it!

Yes, you read right. It seems that Hollywood may finally be getting the hint that stick thin actresses aren't attractive. Personally, I prefer a woman that has something to grab onto. I'm so not a fan of protruding bones that seem like they're about to pop out of the skin at any moment. That's just not right!

I grew up in the 80s. As with most boys from that era, Transformers was my life! So, when the movie came out last year, I was stoked. Now they're filming the sequel. Personally, I wish they'd have gotten a new director because Michael Bay is a douche, but that's not what this blog is about. Apparently, when Bay cast Megan Fox in the first one, he asked if she had a sexy, flat stomach. She said yes, of course, and as those of us that saw the movie now, she wasn't lying!



Now, he wants her to gain about 15-20 lbs. I imagine this is more muscle than anything else and she won't have a guy hanging out or anything like that, but those extra lbs will definitely enhance her curves and hotness! Not that she's stick thin, but...



Angelina Jolie is!

Good grief! I saw Wanted and literally wanted to jump up in the movie and cram my entire bucket of ridiculously overpriced popcorn down her throat. This pic is one of the more halthier pics of her from the film. I know traipsing around the globe adopting every child is a major task, but it doesn't mean you have to stop eating! Now, I'm not gonna deny this woman is beautiful, but for goodness sake, she's starting to make runway models look like Jabba the Hut!

Anyway, apparently, the director of her next film wants her to gain about 30 lbs because it's a taxing role with lots of stunts and whatnot. Her frame wouldn't be able to handle if she shows up looking like she did in Wanted, of course, the woman just had twins, so it'll be more like just lose the baby weight. She'd be one of my choice hotties if she'd go back to looking like she did in Original Sin or Tomb Raider, maybe even Gia!

In conclusion, hopefully after these 2 bulk up and finish filming, they won't drop back down (more so Angelina) to where they were before. Also, I have a dream that this is a trend and it won't be too long before we stop seeing stick thin actresses unless they're naturally thin (Kierra Knightley) or playing a role that requires them to be that small.
