So, for the handful of you that actually read this lil ol' blog of mine, you may have noticed that I didn't post anything for the past week or so, not even my weekly stuff. Well, aside from being too busy to know whether to scratch my watch or wind my butt thanks to band camp.
It is good to take some time away from the internet, though. This day and age we are a bit too connected. Hell, when was the last time you had a real phone conversation with someone, and I'm not talking about texting. I'm speaking of having an actual human to human conversation?
I actually have a post about this planned for later this week, so be on the lookout.
In the meantime, it is good to be back. Now, I have a few days of vacation left before school starts Friday. Ugh!

Happy Band Camp!! It's our last year as Em is graduating this year. :( I can't imagine life without marching season--I'm enjoying the last of it!
thanks! your last one? gonna volunteer to help out after this year? we have a few alumni parents that miss it just as much as their kds, so they help out now and then
i still have quite a few more of these things to go through...lol
