As my faithful readers are more than aware, I have been toying around with the idea of leaving Entrecard. Well, this week, I've noticed a lot of my normal droppers/dropees stating that they will be leaving because of viruses, worms, and such that they have picked up during the course of dropping.
For this reason, I will be following them. However, I am not going to leave the site altogether...yet. At the end of the month, I'm planning on going on a hiatus for the summer.
I'm still working out what my plans are for this blog, but I wanted to give you all a heads up.

I recommend using Firefox with Adblock and NoScript as add-ons. That way, no malicious code can infect your computer while browsing, or in this case dropping, different blogs and/or websites.
Just my 2 cents. :)
You've been a very good dropper to me for a very long time. I too have thought about scaling back. Way too many viruses and worms of late.

I used to spend so much time dropping and it just got to be too much and frustrating. I didn't leave EC but now use it to my advantage. If I have a post I want more exposure too I will drop cards on that day. I'd rather do that than post to every forum I'm in. With new EC addicts joining everyday, I let them do the work for me:)
Jonas- that is what i use. haven't had any issues. this is just a precautionary decision...better safe tan sorry

Mayet- come end of August, I'mm know for sure what I'm going to do..alot can happen in 3 months...good or bad
Rachele- that's a good idea...i may consider doing the same thing
