Genetically-enhanced bread

Remember our house guest? Well, the other day he came back and got a few of his things. The operative word being "few". Actually, it was more like a couple. He didn't want to take too much because he was scared he wouldn't be able to see out the back of his car. WTF?!? That's what rear view mirrors are for? lol

Seriously, though, its a valid concern, but at this point it seems like he's just looking for excuses to keep coming back...sporadically, on top of that. He won't be back until he comes back through in a couple of weeks. WTF?!?

Anyway, that's a whole different subject. While he was living here, he didn't like the kind of bread we use, so he went to Whole foods (which seems like the only place he shops, btw) and got some of his own. That was about a month ago, give or take a week and some days, and the two remaining slices show no signs of mold!

What kind of mutant bread did he get? I'm tempted to try it out, and at the same time I want to keep it just to see how long it is before it actually molds. Is that weird of me?
