Eye Candy 1/24

Female Hottie: Vida Guerra

This week's female hottie is not an actress, but rather a model with a pretty face and killer curves. No, she's not Kim Kardashian. Vida Guerra became the fantasy of many a male with her 2002 lingerie spread in FHM magazine. Since then, she has gone on to star in hip hop music videos, do other magazine spreads, including Playboy, and have a role in the ungodly awful National Lampoon's Dorm Daze 2 (she was one of the bright spots of that mess, let me tell ya). I',m sure she'll be on quite a few more covers and spreads. She is some tasty eye candy, that is for sure.

Male Hottie: Tyrese Gibson

Remember that Coke commercial a few years ago with this guy getting on the bus singing with his headphones on? Well, that was Tyrese. Since then, he's gone on to become a model, actor, and moderately successful R & B singer, as well as the object of many a woman's desire (must be the 6 pack).

Random Hottie from a movie or TV show seen this week: Leonor Varela

Blade 2 brings us our random hottie for this week. Leonor Varela played the daughter of a vampire elder in that movie. Fans of Arrested Development may recognize her, as well. She also played Cleopatra in a TV movie of the same name. Currently, she is working on a film in her native Chile. Hopefully she'll return to the states and bless us with her grace and beauty once again.

MILF: Lauren Holly

Lauren Holly is not your typical MILF. Her 3 children are adopted, but just because she didn't give birth to them, doesn't mean she's not their mother. This aged like fine wine hottie is best known for her role on Picket Fences and of being the token female blonde in the movie Down Periscope, but her career encompasses much more than just these. See if you can find her in Crank 2: High Voltage. Currently, she is wrapping up production on a film to be released later this year and has appeared in Leverage.

Classic/Retro Hottie: Jean Simmons

I feel kind of bad for this pick. I chose Jean for this slot about the middle of last week and she passed away on Friday. Such a shame. Another classic beauty from the days of yesteryear, Jean's resume includes some big movies such as Guys & Dolls, North and South, Spartacus, etc. She also made an appearance on Star Trek: The Next Generation and lent her voice to a couple of animated films. To her credit she won an Emmy and a Golden Globe, as well as the hearts of many men.
