Bombers and soldiers

I'm sure we've all seen those old cartoon, movies, and clips of those old World War bomber planes that swoop in low and then go back to their normal flight pattern, right? How about those perfectly in step armies? I think we have both in these house. I kid you not!

First the bombers. The little woman and I keep a relatively clean house. Occasionally dishes stack up in the sink or something, but never enough to create creatures. Or so we though, until last night when over the course of the night 3 or 4 giant roaches made their presence known. These things were some giant things, too. If I didn't know better, I'd say they had been genetically altered or had some kind of radiation. There were that big. As big as they were, they were nice and crunchy when we crushed them. So much for those bombers. Still, guess its time to call an exterminator. My theory is that they came through the walls from the people on either side of us, but I could be wrong.

As far as the army, well, what other critters would you think of when it comes to armies? Of course, I'm speaking of ants. Now, I have no real issue with ants. They don't bother anyone for the most part. They just work for their food, unlike those nasty roaches. Thought they are an annoyance. So, the kitchen is like a war zone right now.

So, of course we have to find a way to get rid of these things, especially the roaches. Anyone have any suggestions?
