Come and Meet the Letter People

One of the things I remember the most from my kindergarten days (besides half days, snack and nap time) was the Letter People. So, you can imagine my surprise when my sister asked me to see if I can find some stuff on then for her. Apparently she's doing something on them for her thesis and needs this.

Anyway, I've asked around and most of my friends look at me like I'm crazy when I ask them about these guys. Yeah, we all know Sesame Street, Mr. Rogers' Neighborhood, 3-2-1 Contact, Where in the World is Carmen San Diego? , and to a lesser extent, maybe even Square One (not to be confused with Channel One which was forced on all of our eyes and ears every morning at school), but why is such a classic show like The Letter People gets forgotten? How many, if any of you remember this?

Maybe this will ring a bell...

Now, who remembers them? Or am I still in the minority here?
