I'm sure you've all read or hear of the death of David Carradine. I just happened to watch Kill Bill (both volumes) a couple of weeks ago. This isn't the first time that I've watched a movie shortly before someone dies, as a matter of fact it's a recurring theme.
On top of that, whenever I pull an older movie out, or even consider one, within a day or two I read on-line that they're thinking of remaking or, the word they like to use now is reboot. This past weekend I considered pulling out Short Circuit. Monday morning, I read that they have greenlit a reboot. GRRR!!!
Maybe if i stop watching movies this madness and death will stop. Alright, maybe not, but hey, I can dream, can't I?

The idea of someone who watches movies causes the actors in that movie to die should be a movie....
That's weird, because hubby and I just watched Kill Bill 1 and 2 a few weeks ago, also. Incidentally, I thought 1 was much better.
It's really a shame about what happened to Carradine.
Revin- you're right...and it wouldn't even be a remake ()as far as I know)
Val- i'm with you about 1 being better. 2 seems to just drag on nd get too dramatic. kinda like the difference between pulp fiction and jackie brown
