This morning I woke up and attempted something I had never done before...a cardio salsa workout!!!!
I've done Tae bo, Tai chi, Hip Hop Abs, Yoga, and even Richard Simmons in the past, but the little woman had a salsa workout DVD that I found and figured, "What the hell?"
Let me say, it felt good doing it. The time flew by. Usually when I do some sort of workout, it seems like it never gets to the end, but before I knew it, this was over. That may have been because the women on there weren't exactly an eyesore. Perhaps it was because I actually had fun realizing even more so that I can't dance...especially salsa!!!!
I think I'll try it again at some point in time. Don't want to use it so much that it becomes a chore.
